ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Training & Gap Analysis

During May and June I’ve been busy helping St. Nicholas’ Home in Penang with their ISO 2001:2015 Auditor Training and a Gap Analysis Audit of their current systems and processes. My role was as support tutor to my long-time project collaborator Tracy Chooi of IQCS Certification Sdn. Bhd.
